Set Up Discord Notifications

Get real-time Clearmargin notifications in a Discord channel. Setup takes about 30 seconds.

Steps

1. In Discord, right-click the channel where you want notifications.
2. Select Edit Channel > Integrations > Webhooks > New Webhook.
3. Name the webhook "Clearmargin" and click Copy Webhook URL.
4. In Clearmargin, go to Settings > Integrations > Discord.
5. Paste the webhook URL and select which events to receive.
6. Click "Save", then "Send Test" to verify.

Category Routing (Optional)

You can send different notification types to different Discord channels by creating separate webhooks:

1. Create additional webhooks in the channels you want (repeat steps 1-3 above).
2. In Clearmargin, expand the "Category routing" section.
3. Paste the appropriate webhook URL for each category.

Disconnecting

Click "Disconnect" in the Discord settings page to remove the webhook URL and stop all notifications.
