Can I customize the inquiry form?+

Yes. Set a custom URL slug, add a cover image, write a welcome message, and add up to 10 custom questions across five field types (text, date, select, phone, address) to qualify leads however you need.

Does the inquiry form accept payments?+

No — the inquiry form is for lead capture, not transactions. Clients describe what they need, and you review, qualify, and send a formal proposal. This lets you price properly instead of committing before understanding the scope.

How do I get notified of new inquiries?+

Instantly, via your choice of email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, or webhooks. The sidebar badge also shows a count of new inquiries so you never miss one.

What happens when I convert an inquiry?+

One click creates a Client, Contact, and Project — all linked back to the original inquiry. The client's details, event date, and custom question answers all carry over. No re-entry needed.

Can I embed the form on my own website?+

Yes. Copy the embed snippet from Settings → Inquiry Form and paste it into any HTML page (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, custom). The form auto-resizes to fit. Works whether or not you have a Clearmargin-hosted website.
