Set Up Payment Schedules
Create installment-based payment plans for projects.
Create installment-based payment plans for projects.
Steps
- Open a project detail page
(/dashboard/projects/[id]). - Scroll to the "Payment Schedule" section.
- Click "Add Payment Schedule" or "Use Template".
- Choose a template (50/50, 30/40/30) or create a custom schedule.
- Set installment amounts (fixed, percentage, or remainder) and due dates.
- Due dates can be relative to proposal acceptance or fixed calendar dates.
- Save the schedule — it auto-generates draft invoices for each installment as they come due.
- To create reusable templates, go to Settings > Payment Schedules
(/dashboard/settings/payment-schedules).
