Duplicate a Proposal

Create a copy of an existing proposal to use as a starting point.

Steps

1. Go to "Proposals" in the sidebar (/dashboard/proposals).
2. Open the proposal you want to duplicate.
3. Click the "Duplicate" button (in the actions menu or detail page).
4. A new proposal is created as a draft with all the same line items, sections, and settings.
5. The duplicate is given a new proposal number.
6. Edit the duplicated proposal as needed: change client, update line items, adjust pricing.
7. Send when ready.
