Convert Accepted Proposal to Project

Turn an accepted proposal into a project, carrying over line items and milestones.

Steps

1. Go to "Proposals" in the sidebar (/dashboard/proposals).
2. Open an accepted proposal (status: "accepted").
3. Click "Convert to Project".
4. Review the project settings: name, client, dates.
5. Line items from the proposal become scope items on the project.
6. Milestones from the proposal timeline are copied to the project.
7. The event date carries over from the proposal.
8. The new project is created and linked back to the source proposal.
9. Track subsequent invoices and time against the new project.
