Set Billable Rates for Team Members

Configure billable rates and internal cost rates for organization members.

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Team (/dashboard/settings/team).
2. Click on a team member to open their settings.
3. Set their billable rate (the rate charged to clients for their time).
4. Set their internal hourly cost (used for profitability calculations).
5. Save changes.
6. These rates are used as defaults when logging time for this member.
7. Rates can be overridden per-client or per-project using rate overrides.
8. Time entries are automatically stamped with the resolved effective rate.
