Configure Pipeline Stages

Set up and customize kanban columns for the project pipeline board.

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Pipeline Stages (/dashboard/settings/pipeline-stages).
2. View existing pipeline stages.
3. Click "Add Stage" to create a new stage.
4. Set a name and choose a color for the stage.
5. Drag stages to reorder them — order determines column position on the kanban board.
6. Delete stages you no longer need (projects in that stage should be moved first).
7. Go to Schedule > Pipeline to use the kanban board with your configured stages.
