Add Contacts to a Client
Manage contact people associated with a client company.
Manage contact people associated with a client company.
Steps
- Go to "Clients" in the sidebar
(/dashboard/clients). - Click on a client to open their detail page.
- Click "Edit" to go to the edit form
(/dashboard/clients/[id]/edit). - Navigate to the "Contacts" section.
- Click "Add Contact".
- Enter name, email, phone, and role (e.g., billing contact, project manager).
- Save the contact.
- When sending invoices or proposals, select from saved contacts as recipients.
- A soft dedup warning appears if the email already exists on another client.
