Configure Tax Categories
Customize tax categories used to classify catalog items for tax reporting.
Steps
- 1Go to Settings > Tax Categories
/dashboard/settings/tax-categories. - 2View the default seeded categories (services, goods, digital, reimbursement).
- 3Click "Add Category" to create a custom tax category.
- 4Edit existing categories to change name or description.
- 5Assign a tax category to a catalog item when creating or editing it in Charges or Expenses.
- 6Tax category assignments appear in tax exports for accurate categorization.
