Archive a Client

Archive a client to hide them from active lists without deleting data.

Steps

  1. 1Go to "Clients" in the sidebar /dashboard/clients.
  2. 2Click on the client to open their detail page.
  3. 3Click "Edit" to go to the edit form /dashboard/clients/[id]/edit.
  4. 4Scroll to the status field or the danger zone section.
  5. 5Change the client status to "archived".
  6. 6Save the change — the client is now hidden from active client lists.
  7. 7Archived clients and their data are preserved and can be unarchived if needed.
