Get Help / File a Support Ticket
Submit a support request to the Clearmargin team.
Steps
- 1Look for the help or support button in the app (question mark icon or "Help" link).
- 2Describe your issue or question in detail.
- 3Submit the support ticket.
- 4A ticket is created with an auto-assigned number (format: CM-00001).
- 5The Clearmargin support team is notified by email and will respond.
- 6Track ticket status in the support section.
