Duplicate a Proposal
Create a copy of an existing proposal to use as a starting point.
Steps
- 1Go to "Proposals" in the sidebar
/dashboard/proposals. - 2Open the proposal you want to duplicate.
- 3Click the "Duplicate" button (in the actions menu or detail page).
- 4A new proposal is created as a draft with all the same line items, sections, and settings.
- 5The duplicate is given a new proposal number.
- 6Edit the duplicated proposal as needed: change client, update line items, adjust pricing.
- 7Send when ready.
