Convert Accepted Proposal to Project

Steps

1. 1Go to "Proposals" in the sidebar /dashboard/proposals.
2. 2Open an accepted proposal (status: "accepted").
3. 3Click "Convert to Project".
4. 4Review the project settings: name, client, dates.
5. 5Line items from the proposal become scope items on the project.
6. 6Milestones from the proposal timeline are copied to the project.
7. 7The event date carries over from the proposal.
8. 8The new project is created and linked back to the source proposal.
9. 9Track subsequent invoices and time against the new project.
