Set Billable Rates for Team Members
Configure billable rates and internal cost rates for organization members.
Steps
- 1Go to Settings > Team
/dashboard/settings/team. - 2Click on a team member to open their settings.
- 3Set their billable rate (the rate charged to clients for their time).
- 4Set their internal hourly cost (used for profitability calculations).
- 5Save changes.
- 6These rates are used as defaults when logging time for this member.
- 7Rates can be overridden per-client or per-project using rate overrides.
- 8Time entries are automatically stamped with the resolved effective rate.
