From there you can reply directly, move it to "Contacted" or "Qualified" as you work the lead, and ultimately convert it to a client and project — or decline it. The full history stays on the card.

Not exactly. Clearmargin is not a calendar-availability scheduling tool — there is no "pick an open slot" flow. It is an inquiry form that feeds a sales pipeline. If you need availability-based scheduling (e.g., 30-minute consultation calls), use Calendly or Acuity alongside Clearmargin. For inquiry-based bookings — events, projects, custom work where you need to qualify the lead before committing — Clearmargin handles the full flow from inquiry to client to project.
